First things first – a bit about us. We’re one of New Zealand’s leading (and largest) hydro excavation companies. We’re nationwide and we’re busy… which for you means opportunities in your area. Right now we’re keen to scale up our core Hydro-Excavation Operator team across the country. And that’s the role we reckon could be just right for you.

While a background in hydro excavation is ideal, it’s certainly not essential. We’re proud to coffer comprehensive training – an initial 4–6-week block to set you up for success, with ongoing training after that. And since driving our machines is a key part of the job, we’ll also pay for you to gain your Class 2 licence, if you don’t have it already.

Wondering about what you’ll earn? Well there’s good news on that front, too. Our starting rate (for Class 2 and above) is $30/hr. We also pay penal rates (time and a half on night shift, after 9 hours, after 4 hours on a Saturday and double time on Sundays).
